Portable and Modular Building Installation – Case Studies
From the installation of a single portable office building or steel storage unit to the site preparation, groundwork, siting and installation of complex multi-storey, multi-bay modular buildings, we offer an inclusive, high quality service.
Wattstown Rugby Club
After being let down by another company, CCP Modular stepped in to accommodate Wattstown Rugby Club with a refurbished purpose-built project. A 9.6m x 3.0m unit, refurbished and secured to a high standard as a Sponsor / Committee room which now sits in its pride and joy at the end corner of the ground.
I am sure the Sponsers will have a great view and a merry time at each home game.
Cambrian Football Club
Cambrian FC required a replacement for their old pitch-side cafe / washroom.
Cabins Containers and Pods came up with this 2 on 2 double storey refurbished purpose built complex.
Internally downstairs we have a kitchen with serving hatch in and out.
It has a disabled toilet facility, a kit washroom and an open floor seating and viewing area.
Upstairs is a completely open room with large pitch side viewing windows so as sponsers or parties can view the game in comfort.
Also the room could be rented out for day to day school activities or even conferences c/w digital projector and screen.
CCP completed all the groundworks and installation to make this project successful.
West Country Water Park
Here we prepared the ground to stabilise site and then designed a concrete ring beam system to support a 26 bay two storey modular complex for the use as the main site hub and upstairs entertainment room.
To the front we removed the ends and fitted these large safety glass charcoal vision panels to eventually gain access to an mid point balcony with seating.
The client was pleasure to work with and is still improving this new venture everyday of which we have been involved in to supply numerous other task related units.
A great day out for all the family.
Uppingham RFC
Uppingham RFC came to CCP Modular after seeing the case study for Wattstown RFC on this website.
We adapted a 32’ x 10’ Thurston Antivandal unit to form a sponsor room/clubhouse with large view windows and security shutters.
The unit was then completed with a 10’ Stores and a 20’ Kitchen / Cafe unit to the right.
The client was over the moon with the finished result as were the players and committee.
Thank you Chris.
